The Power Pak Program provides healthy, tasty foods that disadvantaged children take home when school meal programs are unavailable. The Power “Pak” contains easy-to-prepare nutritious foods, as well as snacks, energy drinks and vitamins. The Pak breaks down into six healthy meals that give children all the nutrients and vitamins they need to function.

Through partnerships with local school districts, the food is stored in participating schools’ cafeterias. Leak proof, low density, zip-handle bags are then packed by school nutrition staff and volunteers. The “Paks” are discreetly distributed to eligible children on Fridays or before school breaks.
